We went for a weekend trip to SanAntonio with Colin, Melissa and the girls. We had a great time and the weather was perfect for swimming, roasting marshmallows for smokes and watching movies in the great outdoors.

Houston trip

I had a conference in Houston, so the kiddos spent some time with Grammie and Grandpa while I was there Thursday and Friday. That weekend we headed to the Elledges and celebrated the March 2011 babies' birthdays... joint parties are the way to go!!

Haper's 1st Birthday Party

I can't believe Harper turns one this week. We had to take her in last week for a sick visit, it has been months since she has been in, and we were surprised to hear she is 24 pounds! We won't have her well check for a few weeks so we will post the rest of her stats then, but overall she is a big girl who loves to eat!! She is walking everywhere and often walks off into her room to quietly play by herself (pull everything off of her shelves). She has really gotten interested in books lately and brings them to us to read to her. She will make us read it a few times before she loses interest. She loves to play with whatever Marshall has and he is learning how to distract her with something else. She also loves to be doing anything outside, so we decided to have her birthday party at the park. It was a beautiful, but very windy day... the last picture is Harper the day after, poor punkin, with all of the parents and grandparents around, no one would've thought we needed sun screen. She has her daddy's sensitive skin, that's for sure.
