Potty training?

Marshall has been telling us for a while when he goes to the bathroom in his diaper, but I figured it was much too early. After a while, he even started telling Denise (the lady who watches him while I work). So about 2 weeks ago, I started putting him on the real toilet prior to bath-time and he thought it was funny, but the time was "unproductive". Friday I bought a baby potty and last night and tonight he has actually urinated in it before bath!! I couldn't believe it! I guess I better to some reading since I don't really know how to proceed with this!
