This past month Harper has really started to become a chatterbug: she loves to goo and coo, she smiles and has even laughed a few times. She is always watching Marshall but recently has become more interested in watching Oscar. She loves to sit up, which is one reason she HATES her car seat. She also likes to stand while we hold her under her arms; it is surprising how much control she has. She has begun to spend more time on the mat and still rolls over from tummy to her back, but has also been rolling to her left side from her back (almost gets to her tummy). She started to go to Denise's house (same lady who was Marshall's childcare provider) and she does well there. She has been sleeping about 10 hours at night with one brief awakening to get re-wrapped or to get the pacifier. Last night she slept 11.5 hours-- crazy fluke that I am sure won't happen again.
